Refund Policy

If you bought a Fixnx scan pack and did not use it, email us and we can review it for a refund. If you used part of the pack, the refund can be partial based on the unused paid scans.

Unused pack refund

If no paid scans were used, the paid scan pack can be reviewed for a full refund.

Partial refund

If some paid scans were used, the unused part can be refunded by the same ratio.

Refunds are checked against real usage, payment records, and the Fixnx Terms.

1. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email fixnxinfo@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Fixnx account or include that account email in the message.

Please include the payment date, PayPal order ID or payment reference if available, the scan pack you purchased, and a short reason for the request.

We review refund requests manually so we can check whether any purchased scans were used.

  • Account email used for Fixnx.
  • Payment date and payment reference.
  • Scan pack purchased.
  • Reason for the refund request.

2. Full refund if no paid scans were used

If you purchased a scan pack and did not use any scans from that paid pack, you may request a full refund.

A scan is considered used when it is consumed from your paid scan balance, even if the scanned website later changes or the report is not used by you.

Free scans and referral bonus scans do not reduce the refundable amount of a paid pack.

3. Partial refunds after some scans were used

If you used part of a paid scan pack, we may refund the unused portion of the pack on a proportional basis.

The partial refund is calculated from the number of unused paid scans divided by the number of scans originally purchased in that pack.

Example: if you bought 20 paid scans and used 5, then 15 scans remain unused. The refund may be 15/20 of the paid amount, minus any payment processor fees or required taxes that cannot be refunded.

4. When a refund may be refused

A refund may be refused when the paid scan pack was fully used, the request cannot be matched to a real payment, the account was used in a way that violates the Terms, or the request appears abusive or fraudulent.

We may also refuse or adjust refunds where a payment processor, bank, card network, tax rule, law, or dispute process prevents a normal refund.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method when possible.

Refund timing depends on PayPal, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. After we approve and submit the refund, it may take several business days before the money appears on your statement.

6. Policy changes

Fixnx may update this Refund Policy when pricing, payment flows, scan packs, or legal requirements change.

The policy that applies is usually the policy in effect when the refund request is reviewed, unless applicable law requires a different result.
