LimeSurvey through 6.17.10 and 7.0.4 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the REST API survey template endpoint that allows authenticated users to cause the server to issue arbitrary HTTP requests by supplying a manipulated Host header. Attackers can exploit the unsanitized use of the HTTP Host header in the getTemplateData() function to reach internal network services, cloud metadata endpoints, and extract sensitive credentials such as IAM tokens from instance metadata services.

CVE-2026-44231 rt vulnerability
RT is an open source, enterprise-grade issue and ticket tracking system. Versions prior to 5.0.10, 6.0.0 and above, prior to 6.0.3 contain an information disclosure and privilege escalation vulnerability in the REST 2.0 API. A privileged (non-administrative) user can obtain authentication credentials belonging to other users — including users with administrative privileges — and use those credentials to read data as those users via RT's feed endpoints. The same request that exposes the credentials also rotates them, invalidating previously-distributed feed URLs across the instance. This issue has been fixed in versions 5.0.10 and 6.0.3.

VSee Clinic 7.1.26 and VSee Clinic API 1.3.0 exposes cleartext SFTP credentials in the HTTP responses of three unauthenticated endpoints. The credentials are present in these responses only when SFTP connections have been configured within the application. No authentication is required to retrieve these credentials. An unauthenticated remote attacker who observes any of these HTTP responses on an instance where SFTP is configured can obtain the credentials and use them to access the associated SFTP server.

The `@ai-sdk/harness-opencode` tool connects HarnessAgent to OpenCode through a sandboxed bridge. Prior to version 1.0.28, the tool relay authorizes requests from any process whose command line contains an allowed helper script path (`host-tool-mcp.mjs`). This allows untrusted code executing in the sandbox to invoke arbitrary host-exposed tools including secret lookups, deployment operations, and cloud API calls without a corresponding model-authorized tool-call event. Exploitation requires a Linux environment (the vulnerable fallback checks `process.platform === 'linux'` and reads `/proc`); an active harness session with one or more host-provided tools; and untrusted code executing in the sandbox (e.g. a malicious dependency, build script, or lifecycle hook) The fix in version 1.0.28 removes the process-path authorization fallback entirely. Relay requests are now only accepted after exact, short-lived, one-time authorization matching the tool name and input from a bridge-observed model event. Some workarounds are available. Do not run the OpenCode harness on untrusted repositories or with untrusted dependencies, and/or limit host-exposed tools to non-sensitive operations when working with untrusted code.

CVE-2026-55544 nextcrm-app vulnerability
NextCRM is open-source customer relationship management (CRM) software. In version 0.12.1, the MCP campaign tools expose campaign read and write operations over the network using user-generated Bearer API tokens (`nxtc__...`). The application has an authorization model that restricts normal users to campaigns they created, but multiple MCP campaign handlers ignore the authenticated user ID and query or mutate campaigns only by object ID. As a result, a low-privileged authenticated user with a valid MCP API token can enumerate all campaigns, read campaign details, update or delete campaigns owned by other users, modify campaign templates and steps, and potentially trigger or pause campaign delivery. Version 0.12.2 fixes the issue.

CVE-2026-57494 @agenticmail/api vulnerability
AgenticMail gives AI agents real email addresses and phone numbers. In @agenticmail/api prior to version 0.9.64, a low-privileged authenticated AgenticMail agent can enumerate another agent's pending/claimed tasks by supplying the target agent name to `GET /api/agenticmail/tasks/pending?assignee=<name>`. The returned task objects include the task IDs and payloads. The same task IDs can then be used with the capability-style task mutation endpoints (`/tasks/:id/claim`, `/tasks/:id/result`, `/tasks/:id/complete`, `/tasks/:id/fail`) to claim, complete, or fail tasks assigned to a different agent. Because ordinary authenticated agents can discover agent names through `GET /api/agenticmail/accounts/directory`, the task ID effectively stops being a secret capability. This turns the intended capability model into a cross-agent authorization bypass. Version 0.9.64 contains a fix.

NextCRM is open-source customer relationship management (CRM) software. The CRM product catalog is an organization-wide business object. Normal application server actions restrict product creation, update, and deletion to `manager` and `admin` roles. However, in version 0.12.1, the MCP product tools expose the same write operations through `/api/mcp/mcp` using user-generated Bearer tokens and do not enforce role checks. Any authenticated low-privileged user who can generate an MCP API token can create, modify, archive, or soft-delete products in the shared CRM product catalog. Version 0.12.3 contains a fix.

CVE-2026-63728 gitleaks vulnerability
Gitleaks prior to 8.30.1 contains a template injection vulnerability that allows attackers who can supply or influence report templates to read arbitrary environment variables and exfiltrate sensitive data by leveraging non-hermetic Sprig template functions. Attackers can craft malicious report templates using the env, expandenv, and getHostByName functions to extract credentials, tokens, and API keys from the host process and exfiltrate them through DNS queries, including secrets discovered during the scan itself.

CVE-2026-15927 mirror registry for Red Hat OpenShift 2 vulnerability
A flaw was found in Red Hat Quay's repository-level mirror configuration feature. The POST and PUT handlers in endpoints/api/mirror.py accept an external_reference parameter without SSRF validation, unlike the organization-level mirror handlers which apply validate_external_registry_url(). A repository administrator can supply a crafted hostname that causes the Quay mirror worker to make requests via Skopeo to internal network services, cloud metadata endpoints, or other resources not intended to be reachable from the Quay application.

Prior to 1.17.17, 1.18.11, and 1.19.5, Cilium clusters using Gateway API allow users with permissions to create or update namespaced HTTPRoutes to mirror HTTP traffic to any Service in any namespace, bypassing the ReferenceGrant authorization mechanism. Gateway API functionality is disabled by default. This issue is fixed in versions 1.17.17, 1.18.11, and 1.19.5.

Fense Proxy & VPN Blocker <= 3.0.1 - Missing Authorization to Unauthenticated Plugin Option/Transient Deletion via fense_bpvt_save_settings AJAX Action
The Fense Proxy & VPN Blocker plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check and missing nonce validation on the fense_bpvt_save_settings() function in versions up to, and including, 3.0.1. The callback is registered to both wp_ajax_* and wp_ajax_nopriv_* hooks and unconditionally calls delete_option() on four plugin options and delete_transient() on three transients tied to the plugin's API key cache and settings. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete plugin options and transients, effectively resetting the plugin's API key/data cache and forcing the plugin to refetch state.

WordPress Core 6.9 - 7.0.1 - Remote Code Execution via REST API Batch Request Route Confusion
WordPress Core is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in all versions 6.9 to 7.0.1 via the REST API batch request endpoint (/wp-json/batch/v1). This is due to a route/validation desynchronization that allows a validated sub-request to be dispatched to an unintended callback, bypassing the allow_batch restriction, with attacker-controlled parameters and the target route's input sanitization bypassed, which can be chained with SQL Injection. This may make it possible for attackers to execute code on the server.

Yamcs is a mission control framework. Prior to 5.12.7, the IAM API endpoints listUsers, getUser, listGroups, and getGroup in yamcs-core did not enforce the required SystemPrivilege.ControlAccess check in yamcs-core/src/main/java/org/yamcs/http/api/IamApi.java, so any authenticated user, even one with low or no privileges, could enumerate all user accounts in the system including their usernames, superuser status, and group memberships. This issue is fixed in versions 5.12.7 and 5.13.0.

Yamcs is a mission control framework. Prior to 5.12.7, a server-side code injection vulnerability existed in the Yamcs algorithm evaluation engine org.yamcs.algorithms.JavaExprAlgorithmExecutionFactory, which dynamically compiled and evaluated user-controlled algorithm text through the Janino compiler without enforcing a secure sandbox, so an authenticated user with the ChangeMissionDatabase privilege could override an existing algorithm's text via the mission database REST API and inject Java code (for example using java.lang.Runtime) to achieve remote code execution on the underlying host operating system. This issue is fixed in versions 5.12.7 and 5.13.0, which disable algorithm editing by default.

When NGINX Ingress Controller is configured with Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) or Ingress annotations, an injection vulnerability exists in the configuration generator of NGINX Ingress Controller. Multiple user-controllable fields are written into the generated NGINX configuration without sanitization. An authenticated attacker with permission to create or modify these CRDs or annotations may craft values that inject arbitrary NGINX configuration directives. Impact: An authenticated attacker granted write access to NGINX Ingress Controller CRDs or Ingress annotations through the Kubernetes API may be able to inject arbitrary NGINX configuration directives, create or delete files, or disable services. There is no data plane exposure; this is a control plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

A SQL Injection vulnerability exists in Apache Fineract's Office Search API (GET /api/v1/offices) in versions up to and including 1.14.0. The orderBy request parameter is concatenated into a SQL query without sufficient validation, allowing an authenticated user with permission to view offices to inject arbitrary SQL via a crafted orderBy value. This is a bypass of the ColumnValidator fix introduced for CVE-2024-32838, which does not detect bare subqueries in the ORDER BY position. This can be leveraged to perform time-based blind SQL injection for data exfiltration. Because the injected query blocks the database connection for its full duration, concurrent exploitation can exhaust the application's database connection pool, resulting in denial of service for other users. Users are recommended to upgrade to a version containing the fix.

Tutor LMS <= 4.0.0 - Authenticated (Subscriber+) SQL Injection via Stored Quiz Answer Array
The Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via Stored Quiz Answer Array in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.0 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The payload is stored at quiz-attempt time via the wp_ajax_tutor_quiz_abandon handler, but the injected SQL executes only when a privileged user or Tutor REST API key holder requests the /wp-json/tutor/v1/quiz-attempt-details/{id} endpoint, making this a second-order (stored) injection chain.

The WPBot – AI ChatBot for Live Support, Lead Generation, AI Services plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 8.5.6. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to trigger arbitrary re-embedding of stored RAG documents, modifying the rag_documents table and consuming the site owner's paid third-party AI API credits (OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, or xAI).

CVE-2026-44041 UltraVNC Wide String Out-of-Bounds Read
UltraVNC through 1.8.2.2 contains an out-of-bounds read in the wide-string to multibyte conversion helper. In rfb/dh.cpp:204, the vncWc2Mb() function passes a caller-supplied WCHAR pointer to wcslen() before any bounds check. If the caller provides a wide-character buffer that is not properly NUL-terminated, wcslen() reads past the end of the buffer until it encounters a NUL wchar, resulting in an out-of-bounds read. Under typical Win32 API usage this requires an abnormal caller contract. Impact is limited to a potential information disclosure from adjacent memory regions or a process crash (denial of service) if the over-read crosses a page boundary.

CVE-2026-14181 @fastify/middie Malformed URL Denial of Service
@fastify/middie versions 9.1.0 through 9.3.2 fail to guard the URL normalization step used by the standalone engine when incoming request paths contain malformed percent-encoded sequences. Inputs such as an incomplete percent escape or a truncated multibyte sequence cause the underlying decoder to throw synchronously, and the exception escapes the middie normalize step and terminates the Node.js process. The bypass affects applications that call middie.run directly on the standalone engine API, causing an immediate denial of service for all connected clients until restart. Applications using the Fastify plugin path are not affected because Fastifys error handler catches the exception. Patches: upgrade to @fastify/middie 9.3.3. Workarounds: migrate from the standalone engine API to the Fastify plugin path, where the framework error handler catches the exception.

@fastify/middie versions 9.1.0 through 9.3.2 decode the encoded slash %2F inside path parameter values before matching middleware paths, while Fastify's underlying router preserves the encoding during route lookup. The two layers disagree on the canonical request path, so the middleware fails to match a URL that the route handler does match. When middleware is used for authentication, authorization, rate limiting, or auditing on parameterized paths, an attacker can reach the protected handler by sending a single crafted URL with an encoded slash in the parameter position. The bypass is HTTP method agnostic and requires no authentication or special preconditions. Patches: upgrade to @fastify/middie 9.3.3. Workarounds: avoid parameterized middleware paths for security decisions, or enforce authentication at the route handler or via a Fastify hook that runs after the router has resolved the request.
