CVE-2026-45711 mailpit vulnerability
Mailpit is an email testing tool and API for developers. Prior to version 1.30.0, the mailpit dump --http <base-url> <out-dir> sub-command downloads every message from a remote Mailpit instance and writes each one as <id>.eml inside the user-supplied output directory. The message ID field is taken verbatim from the JSON response of the remote server and concatenated into the output path with path.Join, which silently normalizes `..` segments. A malicious HTTP server impersonating Mailpit can therefore make mailpit dump write attacker-controlled bytes to any path the running user can write, fully outside the intended output directory. Version 1.30.0 contains a patch.

CVE-2026-26032 in Apache Ivy
The PackagerResolver of Apache Ivy is able to download online artifacts and to (re)package them in a format defined by a packager.xml file. This repackaging is done by an Ant script, which is stored in a subdirectory of the configured "buildRoot" directory. This subdirectory is calculated based on modules coordinates, like the organisation, name or version. If one of the coordinates contains "../" sequences - which are valid characters for Ivy coordinates in general- it is possible to break out of the configured "buildRoot" directory where other files can be overwritten. In order to exploit this vulnerability an attacker needs to have access to a packager repository and add or modify the coordinates in ivy.xml files to have such "../" sequences. Users of Apache Ivy 2.0.0 to 2.5.3 (inclusive) should upgrade to Ivy 2.6.0.

Catch Themes Demo Import <= 3.3 - Missing Authorization to Authenticated (Subscriber+) Single Plugin Installation via 'activate_plugin' Parameter
The Catch Themes Demo Import plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in versions up to, and including, 3.3. This is due to the catch_themes_demo_import_activate_plugin() function, hooked on admin_init when the activate_plugin GET parameter is present, calling Plugin_Upgrader::install() to download and install a plugin from WordPress.org before performing the current_user_can('activate_plugins') capability check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to install the hardcoded 'essential-content-types' plugin from the WordPress.

CVE-2026-41579 runc /dev Symlink Host File Modification Vulnerability
runc is a CLI tool for spawning and running containers according to the OCI specification. In versions prior to 1.3.6, 1.4.0-rc.1, 1.4.0-rc.12, 1.5.0-rc.1, and 1.5.0-rc.1, when setting up the container rootfs, setupPtmx and setupDevSymlinks call os.Remove and os.Symlink with a filepath.Join string which allow an image with /dev as a symlink to trick runc into deleting files called ptmx on the host or creating a hardcoded set of symlinks with specific names and targets in an arbitrary pre-existing host directory. This issue is not exploitable under Docker, because Docker creates a top-level read-only layer that masks any malicious /dev symlink present in the container image — unlike some other Linux container tooling, whose higher-level runtimes built on runc remain exposed to exploitation via a malicious image. This issue has been fixed in versions 1.3.6, 1.4.3 and 1.5.0.

CVE-2026-53488 containerd CRI Label Validation Command Execution Risk
containerd is an open-source container runtime. In versions prior to 1.7.33, 2.3.2, 2.2.5, 2.1.9, and 2.0.10 the CRI plugin propagates labels from an image config (LABEL instruction in Dockerfile) to a container without validation. This may result in executing an arbitrary command on the host, via a plugin that consumes container labels for some operations. This issue has been fixed in versions 1.7.33, 2.3.2, 2.2.5, 2.1.9, and 2.0.10.

CVE-2026-13323 Eclipse Open VSX HTML Rendering Supply Chain Vulnerability
In Open VSX Registry before 1.0.2, the /vscode/unpkg/ endpoint serves user-supplied HTML files with Content-Type: text/html and without a Content-Security-Policy or Content-Disposition: attachment response header. An unauthenticated attacker can register a publisher account, upload a VSIX containing a crafted HTML payload, and induce an authenticated user to visit the resulting URL. The browser renders the file inline in the open-vsx.org origin context, enabling session token exfiltration, persistent Personal Access Token (PAT) generation, and unauthorized publication of malicious extension versions. Because Open VSX extensions are distributed to VS Code, VSCodium, Cursor, Windsurf, and compatible editors, a compromised extension update constitutes a supply chain attack against all downstream users.

CVE-2026-58065 in Apache Airflow Providers Git
The Apache Airflow Git provider runs its git-over-SSH operations with `StrictHostKeyChecking=no` by default, disabling SSH host-key verification. An attacker who can intercept the network path between an Airflow worker and the Git server can impersonate the server (man-in-the-middle), capturing the SSH deploy key or injecting malicious repository content. Deployments that use the Git DAG bundle or Git provider to clone over SSH with a deploy key are affected. The fix changes the default to verify host keys; upgrade to apache-airflow-providers-git `0.4.1` or later and configure a `known_hosts` file.

CVE-2026-50195 in containerd
containerd is an open-source container runtime. Versions prior to 2.3.2, 2.2.5 and 2.1.9 contain a vulnerability in the CRI checkpoint import process where it fails to validate the image references specified within a checkpoint image's configuration. An attacker with permissions to create pods can use a crafted checkpoint image to force containerd to pull a malicious image and assign it an arbitrary local tag, thereby poisoning the node's local image cache. Subsequently, if other pods on the same node attempt to use the poisoned tag with an IfNotPresent (or Never) pull policy, they will unknowingly execute the attacker's malicious image instead of the legitimate one. This can lead to a compromise of the affected pods, allowing the attacker to execute arbitrary code under the victim pod's identity. This issue has been fixed in versions 2.3.2, 2.2.5 and 2.1.9.

CVE-2026-54786 in Wasmtime
Wasmtime is a runtime for WebAssembly. All versions prior to 24.0.10; versions 25.0.0 through those before 36.0.11; versions 37.0.0 through those before 44.0.3; and versions 45.0.0 and 45.0.1 contain a native implementation of WASIp1 which suffers from a leak in the fd_renumber function where the file descriptor being renumbered to is not properly closed. Wasmtime's implementation erroneously only updated the table of descriptors for WASIp1 and didn't update the underlying table of descriptors used by the host. This behavior means that while fd_renumber works correctly from a guest's perspective it ends up leaking resources in the host that aren't cleaned up until the corresponding Store is destroyed. In a loop, guests can use fd_renumber to cause hosts to exhaust both resources and file descriptors. This bug only affects the native implementation of WASIp1, meaning that only runtimes which load core wasm modules and expose fd_renumber are affected. Runtimes are additionally only affected if they expose the ability to acquire a file descriptor, such as opening a file. For runtimes that deny access to files they are unaffected. This issue has been fixed in versions 24.0.10, 36.0.11, 44.0.3, and 45.0.2.

CVE-2026-38972 Notepad3 Vulnerability
Notepad3 through 6.25.822.1 contains a DLL search-order hijacking vulnerability in the About-dialog code path in src/Notepad3.c. The application calls LoadLibrary(L"MSFTEDIT.DLL") with a bare DLL name, which allows a local attacker to place a malicious MSFTEDIT.DLL in the application directory or another preferred DLL search location and achieve arbitrary code execution in the context of the user when the About dialog is opened.

CVE-2026-43825 opennlp vulnerability
Untrusted Java Deserialization in Apache OpenNLP SvmDoccatModel Versions Affected: before 3.0.0-M4 (libsvm document categorization module; introduced in OPENNLP-1808 and only present on the 3.x line) Description: SvmDoccatModel.deserialize(InputStream) reads an attacker-controlled stream with java.io.ObjectInputStream and calls readObject() without an ObjectInputFilter installed. ObjectInputStream materialises every class referenced in the stream before the resulting object is cast to SvmDoccatModel, so the cast that follows readObject() executes only after the foreign object graph has already been deserialised in full. If a Java deserialization gadget chain is available on the consumer's classpath, a crafted payload supplied to deserialize() executes arbitrary code in the JVM that loads it. Apache OpenNLP itself does not ship a known gadget chain, so the realistic risk is to downstream applications that embed the libsvm module alongside vulnerable transitive dependencies. The method is public and static, so any caller can pass an untrusted stream to it directly. The practical impact is remote code execution against processes that load SvmDoccatModel instances from untrusted or semi-trusted origins. Mitigation: 3.x users should upgrade to 3.0.0-M4. Users who cannot upgrade immediately should treat all serialized SvmDoccatModel streams as untrusted input unless their provenance is verified, and should avoid invoking SvmDoccatModel.deserialize() on streams supplied by end users or fetched from third-party sources without integrity checks.

Mixed Media Gallery Blocks <= 3.3.3.1 - Authenticated (Author+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting via sliderMaxHeight Block Attribute
The SimpLy Gallery Block & Lightbox plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via block attributes in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.3.2. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the sliderMaxHeight block attribute in the pgc_sgb_render_callback() function. The vulnerability exists because the pgc_sgb_sanitize_custom_css() function uses a flawed regex pattern that only removes event handlers with quoted values (e.g., onfocus="alert()") but fails to catch unquoted event handlers (e.g., onfocus=alert(document.cookie)), allowing the malicious code to bypass sanitization. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages via block attributes that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

ProfileGrid WooCommerce Integration Unauthorized Plugin Installation Vulnerability
The Memberships and User Profiles for WooCommerce – ProfileGrid WooCommerce Integration plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized plugin installation and activation in versions up to, and including, 3.4. This is due to a missing capability check and missing nonce validation on the pg_install_profilegrid() AJAX handler registered via wp_ajax_pg_install_profilegrid. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to install and activate the ProfileGrid plugin from wordpress.

Popup Maker WordPress Plugin Authorization Bypass RCE Vulnerability
The Popup Maker – Boost Sales, Conversions, Optins, Subscribers with the Ultimate WP Popup Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.22.0. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with editor-level access and above, to install and activate an arbitrary plugin from an attacker-controlled URL, leading to remote code execution. Exploitation requires that a valid Popup Maker Pro license is active on the target site and that Popup Maker Pro is not yet installed, as these conditions are necessary for the legacy v1/connect/info endpoint to issue the bearer token used to satisfy the install endpoint's only non-spoofable validation check.

Divi Torque Lite REST API CSRF Plugin Installation Vulnerability
The Divi Torque Lite – Divi Theme, Divi Builder & Extra Theme plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.3. This is due to the use of '__return_true' as the permission_callback for the /install_plugin and /activate_plugin REST API endpoints, which bypasses WordPress's built-in REST API nonce verification. Although the endpoint callbacks contain internal current_user_can() checks, the absence of nonce verification means that a forged cross-site request from a logged-in administrator's browser will pass the capability check via the admin's session cookies. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to install arbitrary plugins from WordPress.
