CVE-2026-57821 in Apache Fineract
A SQL Injection vulnerability exists in Apache Fineract's Office Search API (GET /api/v1/offices) in versions up to and including 1.14.0. The orderBy request parameter is concatenated into a SQL query without sufficient validation, allowing an authenticated user with permission to view offices to inject arbitrary SQL via a crafted orderBy value. This is a bypass of the ColumnValidator fix introduced for CVE-2024-32838, which does not detect bare subqueries in the ORDER BY position. This can be leveraged to perform time-based blind SQL injection for data exfiltration. Because the injected query blocks the database connection for its full duration, concurrent exploitation can exhaust the application's database connection pool, resulting in denial of service for other users. Users are recommended to upgrade to a version containing the fix.

The Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 2.10.4 via the 'gform_uploaded_files' parameter parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information. Exploitation requires the targeted form to not enforce login (so publicly accessible), which allows the unauthenticated attacker to reach the process_send_resume_link endpoint and supply an arbitrary recipient email address to receive the traversal-retrieved file as a notification attachment.

RPB Chessboard <= 8.1.2 - Unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Comment Content
The RPB Chessboard plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Comment Content in all versions up to, and including, 8.1.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. WordPress's save-time kses sanitization does not mitigate this issue because the crafted payload uses only kses-allowed tags and attributes (such as an <a> element with title and href), and the dangerous attribute-breaking HTML is synthesized entirely at render time by the plugin's own comment_text filter.

CVE-2026-7829 UltraVNC Repeater Rule Parser Out-of-Bounds Write
UltraVNC repeater through 1.8.2.2 contains a post-authentication out-of-bounds write in the allow/deny rule parser. In repeater/webgui/settings.c:225-272, after strncpy_s copies a rule token into temp1[rule1] (25-byte destination) or temp2/temp3 (16-byte destination), the code unconditionally writes a NUL terminator at temp1[rule1][len] = 0 without clamping len to the destination size. When an authenticated administrator saves a rule with a token length equal to or greater than the destination size, the NUL byte is written one or more bytes past the end of the stack-allocated array, corrupting adjacent stack data. An attacker who has obtained admin credentials (including via CVE-2026-7839 default password) can trigger this to gain code execution on the repeater host.
